● High-frequency Rectifier
The high-frequency pulse series rectifiers are the newest innovative products by the R&D team of Double Premium. The rectifier utilizes pulse current, which ramps so highly at the instant of switching that metal ions can be quickly reduced in the electroplating process, resulting a fine and shining coating layer with low porosity and high resistance to corrosion. In the case of precious metal electroplating, higher purity and smoother surface can be yielded. The power utilization rate exceeds 90%, which saves 30% electricity cost as compared with traditional SCR, so the product combines the merits of small dimension, light weight, high efficiency and accuracy.
